The objectives of this seminar are threefold:
First, this seminar aims at providing the most recent and effective techniques for the effective behaviour of the leader of any team of people in a business organization.
Second, it aims at correcting a large number of stereotypes and misperceptions about what a leader should be or what he should do. Many of these misperceptions are driving many team leaders to make mistakes that have highly negative effects on the people they lead and on the organization they work in.
Third and most importantly, this seminar aims at proving that most of the important features for effective leadership are actually resident in each and every one of us, whether we are aware of it or not.
