The training project will help outlet managers reach their highest level of performance, and use their capabilities in an optimal fashion. For that purpose, we will aim at appraising every angle of every issue that the outlet manager must decide on and of every problem that he / she must solve, whether he / she is dealing with a customer or an employee. This means that we will explain how to have a 360 degrees view on every situation. Moreover, thanks to having researched, practiced and taught leadership for 28 years and through numerous angles, we had come out with 40 features that are common to most – if not all – outlet managers who have a clearly positive effect on their outlet and on the people they manage or deal with.
