Culture Générale, particularly for front end employees

We all know how low is nowadays the general cultural level of most people. This phenomenon is truly astonishing when compared with the great ease of access to information, and the widespread availability of entertaining ways to learn and be informed about what is happening around us. It gets worrisome when we notice that general culture and being “well-read” and well informed about what is happening in the world and its economic and fashion trends, is becoming an ever stronger way to differentiate a client relationship officer and, generally, a sales-related executive from another.
