Participants will learn how to:

  • Deepen their knowledge of the client at every sales call.

  • Adapt themselves to every type of client’s personality and/or behavior.

  • Behave as genuine “private advisers” to the client.

  • Build a comprehensive client file.

  • Use advanced techniques in order to do suggestive selling.

  • Handle clients’ objections.

  • Interact with their colleagues when the need arises for the purpose of the optimal effectiveness.

  • Measure their own performance.
